2 1/4" Mini Isle of Lewis Natural Stone Finish Hydrostone Chess Pieces

The Isle of Lewis chess set is perhaps one of the most famous chess items in human history. The pieces this set is based on can be seen in the British Museum in London as well as the Scottish Museum in Edinburgh. This rendition of the set features four different rook designs.

Hydrostone chess pieces are made from a gypsum specifically developed for figurines, made by US Gypsum. These sets are cast by hand by a Canadian artist and are available in a wide array of colors and designs.
