I ordered the medium magnetic chess set because I liked the idea of having someplace to put my pieces without have to turn over the board to store them. Also because the board is a single piece it doesn't fold upon itself when you attempt to move it one handed. When I got the chess set I noticed one of the pawns was missing a felt bottom. I contacted ChessUSA who promptly sent me a replacement. Excellent customer service.
