I tried ordering this chess set 2 times on Amazon. Both times it came broken. I decided to order from the site hoping I would have a different result. The first one came broken and I called customer service. I spoke with Quentin and he was so helpful. They sent out another one and put extra stuff in the box to protect it for me and dealt with the post office.

My husband loves his new glass chess set! It is beautiful and looks amazing as a decor piece in our home too. There is a chip on the frosted King piece but other than that the set was shipped well.
