The Exclusive Mark of Westminster Storage boxes are elegantly designed so that you can proudly display it alongside your chess set. The box has two felted compartments for your chess pieces. Each box has the Mark of Westminster seal embossed beneath the lid. This box has a felted bottom so it does not scuff or scratch.
Good for all chess pieces up to 6". This box is available in Ebony or Cherry Finish. Please choose a finish.

A perfect box. Beautiful to look at, well made, no odd odors whatsoever either interior from glues or exterior from stains/finishes. My almost 4 1/2 inch king fits with no problem. The lock works smoothly, although it took some initial fiddling to move it. After I successfully operated the lock once it became easily usable from that point on, not sure if it was me or the lock that required the break-in. Probably me.
